I don't understand the bad reviews. The hotel and the room are just as described. The personal was really helpfull, especially the reception lady. The breakfast was also really good. The pool was clean and the whole pool area was just lovely. There is a bar on the pool where you can order drinks and food and the prices are more than fine. The room was just the same as on the photos and was clean, the towels were changed on a daily basis. The only thing missing to be perfekt was the parking space, but it is like that in whole San Remo. Would come back for sure here, had such a great time.

The receptionist guy is so kind and very welcoming. I did not get his name but we will come back to this hotel on august. The hotel is nice . Room is big and has a big balcony with a view of the sea. I dried my beach clothing there after we went to the beach. They have have a fresh linen and Bedsheets. The bathroom has complete toiletries and they have bath tub after long day outside you can relax. They also have an outdoor swimming pool. The most thing i like in this hotel is it is Family friendly especially it has a KID’s Corner where my kids can play toys and draw.

We discovered this hotel 5years ago; we love it for its pool, the very friendly and professional staff and the good restaurant for dinner. Mr Flavio and his team is doing a great job from early in the morning until late in the night !! The possibility of having breakfast & dinner included, is a very convenient offer :) Keep going like this: good food for dinner, professional & human staff, clean pool and nice music in the afternoon!

The breakfast was very diversified and delicious, after check-out we could profit the swimming pool and the staff was very friendly. We could also park the car at the hotel and free of charge. The bedroom was pretty nice, big one with a big bed also, everything inside was nice, with palms in front and big windows. So The impression of the hotel was pretty nice

Everything was good, except for the main door of our room, it needs to be fixed, you have to push it really hard bin orden to open it, the friction between the floor and the door makes a terrible noise.
